SHOP POLICIES
All general shop updates (i.e. new products, restock, sold out, etc.) will be posted to my twitter (frequent) and ko-fi (infrequent). 

You are welcome to keep in contact and inquire about updates on your orders, but as a singular person doing everything, I must ask that you have patience and show kindness. I will pack and ship your orders as quickly and with as much care as I can manage. In the event that there is an issue or complication, I will personally contact you to resolve it as quickly and efficiently as I can.

I must also ask that you refrain from reselling the products sold in my shop. I do not permit resale in any way nor form.

DISCOUNT CODES
The host site can only process ONE (1) discount code per order. This is out of my control and I cannot - and will not - make individual accomodations to apply more than one discount at a time even if your order is eligible to do so. I hope you understand. Please do feel free to use the discount code most beneficial to you! I happily encourage it.

GROUP ORDERS
You are completely welcome to do group orders. I simply must ask that you contact me first. Otherwise, for items of limited quantity and sold in batches (i.e. kokeshi charms, photo cards), I cannot guarantee all items of your order being available, nor can I know to accomodate separated packaging and an appropriate amount of freebies. However, in the event that I find you are making personal profit off of the distribution of my products, you will be blacklisted from my shop indefinitely. Thank you for understanding.

INTERNATIONAL/NON-US ORDERS
Please understand that the International Shipping Price is based off of current retail postage costs. To alleviate this expense, there are no additional handling fees when ordering more than one item for International/Non-US Orders. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and cannot feasibly accomodate any more than this. Thank you for understanding.
